Change Analyst (ERP)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Execute Commercialization Change Orders (CCO) within Oracle EBS Alice on a timely manner.
• Maintain ERP item attributes including price, lead time, MOQ, and DRI codes.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) redline changes and product set-ups in ERP systems.
• Perform cost rollups to determine total manufacturing costs per unit and develop cost standards.
• Generate monthly metrics reports and graphical executive dashboards using Power BI.
• Conduct periodic audits of item attributes to ensure information accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any business course, preferably in Engineering.
• Proven experience in using ERP systems and managing Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Knowledge of item creation, product development, and Stage Gate processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle Product Development module and Oracle E-business Suite.
• Experience in using Power BI for data visualization.
