What you will do

• Lead system roadmap planning, release management, and governance for Certinia PSA and Salesforce.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for project health scanning, anomaly detection, and staffing intelligence.
• Automate manual delivery operations across staffing, project setup, billing, and customer success.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology and GTM Systems to architect solutions and manage system change cycles.
• Serve as a strategic systems advisor to Global Delivery Leadership, Finance, RevOps, and CX.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in delivery operations, PSA/ERP systems engineering, or professional services operations.
• Deep expertise with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA/ERP/CS or equivalent platforms.
• Proven track record of implementing AI automation, predictive analytics, or agentic workflows.
• Experience leveraging coding agents and expertise in workflow design and systems architecture.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA, Chicago, IL, or Denver, CO.

Nice to have

• Salesforce platform experience.
• Background in SaaS, consulting, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition, forecasting, and services margin optimization.
