What you will do

• Develop detailed business, functional, and system requirements and report specifications for assigned projects.
• Lead the modelling and mapping of business processes, conducting as-is/to-be analysis and supporting business process re-engineering (BPR).
• Design and develop manual and automated test scenarios and test cases for system and integration testing.
• Write and present business cases to support proposed organizational changes and goals.
• Collaborate with executives and senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business cases and charters.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and navigate ambiguity in business requirements.

• Ability to write SQL queries to pull and analyze data from databases.
