What you will do

• Develop formal presentations, reports, and briefings on IT initiatives for executive management and key stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve IT asset inventories, conducting data quality assessments and grooming requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end retirement process for information systems in coordination with legal and records staff.
• Implement QA/QC programs, including standardized operating procedures and system data audits.
• Perform data import/export, create BI reports, and host user training sessions.
• Collaborate with working-level stakeholders and external partners to align technical requirements.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience auditing records of information systems and IT assets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Washington, DC.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next Generation Enigma, Excel, PowerQuery, and PowerBI.
• Proficiency with BigFix, JCAM, Xacta, Tenable, Microsoft Defender, and JIRA.
• Experience extracting business intelligence insights and managing stakeholder requirements.
