What you will do

  • Manage the daily operations and choreography of two dynamic banking halls.
  • Coach, motivate, and build the capabilities of colleagues to deliver superior customer service.
  • Ensure strict adherence to operational standards, including cash, counter, and ATM routines.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive continuous improvement and maintain controls.
  • Support customers in the adoption of digital banking tools (Digi-First).

Requirements

  • Proven ability to coach and develop staff capability.
  • Understanding of branch governance, ATM routines, and cash handling.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex diaries.
  • Confidence in delivering clear, constructive, and immediate feedback.
  • Ability to react quickly to operational issues and maintain continuity.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in people-leadership or coaching.
  • Background in banking, financial services, or customer-facing operational environments.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable customers or handling complex situations.
  • A strong digital perspective on modern banking.
