Senior Manager, Transformation (AI)

What you will do

• Lead transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
• Drive transformation agendas across business integration, systems and process modernization, and assigned business functions.
• Partner with senior leaders to define future-state solutions and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models for customer support, customer success, and sales.
• Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions.
• Manage internal stakeholders, external vendors, contracted teams, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Full working rights in the UK are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• 8+ years of experience in transformation, strategy or management consulting, program management, or operations.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally in a SaaS and/or payments environment.
• Strong project management, financial modeling, change management, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across strategic planning and detailed execution while engaging senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Collaborative, low-ego working style with comfort operating in ambiguity and complex environments.
