Senior Director, Organizational Transformation & Workforce Design (AI)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives covering organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce evolution, site and hub integration, and cross-functional operating models.
• Design how roles, workflows, team structures, and operating models evolve in an AI-enabled organization.
• Build scalable workforce frameworks, including job architecture and career frameworks.
• Design leadership, manager development, and organizational capability programs with HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
• Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps with implementation plans, governance, success measures, and adoption approaches.
• Advise senior leaders and align stakeholders across functions and geographies on complex organizational changes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in organizational transformation, organizational design, workforce design, strategy, management consulting, or related work.
• Deep understanding of organizational design and operating models, including translating business strategy into practical organizational solutions.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional transformations from strategy and design through implementation.
• Experience designing scalable leadership, manager, or organizational capability programs.
• Ability to advise and influence executive stakeholders, build alignment, and solve ambiguous organizational challenges through structured frameworks.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement across teams, functions, and geographies, plus curiosity about AI-enabled organizations.
