Head of Delivery (Robotics)

hirify.global develops commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform running in industrial pilots.

What you will do

• Own the company-wide execution framework, including roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Maintain a single operational system with clear ownership, deadlines, and visibility across initiatives.
• Drive alignment between engineering, product, operations, project management, and leadership.
• Monitor progress, identify delivery risks and operational bottlenecks, and support their resolution.
• Implement and improve program management processes, reporting, and execution standards.
• Translate strategic plans into clear, actionable delivery plans for the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading complex cross-functional programs or delivery functions.
• Exceptional operational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience building operational systems, planning frameworks, and execution processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership.
• Experience operating in highly technical environments with engineering teams.
• Background in robotics, AI, hardware, deep tech, or complex hardware and software development cycles.

Nice to have

• Founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup operator experience.
• Experience scaling delivery or program management functions in deep tech organizations.
