TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Italian Speaking): Generate revenue pipeline at scale for Sales by qualifying inbound leads, discovering customer pain points, and mapping them to hirify.global solutions with an accent on customer-centric experiences and technical product knowledge. Focus on owning quotas for qualified opportunities, cross-functional collaboration with account executives and marketing, and iterating sales processes using tools like Salesforce.

Hybrid role in London, UK or Lisbon, Portugal. Languages: Italian and English required.

What you will do

  • Own and meet quotas for qualified opportunities, response SLAs, pipeline value, and revenue.
  • Develop new business from inbound and marketing leads.
  • Discover pain points and use cases, map to hirify.global solutions, and qualify for Enterprise sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs.
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Contribute to creating and iterating team processes.

Requirements

  • Italian and English fluency required.
  • Hybrid work in London, UK or Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, organization, and time management skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity; aptitude for technical concepts.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years in BDR or similar tech/SaaS role.
  • Experience with Outreach and Salesforce.
