What you will do
- Own and meet quotas for qualified opportunities, response SLAs, pipeline value, and revenue.
- Develop new business from inbound and marketing leads.
- Discover pain points and use cases, map to solutions, and qualify for Enterprise sales.
- Work cross-functionally with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and fellow BDRs.
- Report, track, and manage sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Contribute to creating and iterating team processes.
Requirements
- Italian and English fluency required.
- Hybrid work in London, UK or Lisbon, Portugal.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, organization, and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity; aptitude for technical concepts.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- 1+ years in BDR or similar tech/SaaS role.
- Experience with Outreach and Salesforce.
