What you will do

• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships with partner cities across Austria.
• Drive the adoption and successful implementation of mobile parking solutions.
• Analyze customer needs and provide consulting on parking management digitalization.
• Lead contract negotiations to balance interests between the company and partners.
• Train customer teams on system usage and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management and building business relationships.
• Understanding of the Austrian political landscape and public sector decision-making.
• Excellent German and good English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently in an international team.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vienna.
