• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Analyze resumes and evaluate labor market trends within the IT industry.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized messaging and consistent follow-ups.
• Partner with recruiters to align on job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience sourcing non-tech roles.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
• Active presence and proficiency in professional social networks like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient time management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
