What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and non-engineering roles in the Krakow office.
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, local networks, and creative channels.
• Partner with hiring managers in Krakow and the US to define role requirements and calibrate candidates.
• Build and document recruiting processes, tooling, and workflows as the office scales.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience and own the closing process for high-caliber talent.
• Provide occasional support for office and event coordination for the Krakow team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience finding passive candidates.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Krakow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Modernloop.
