What you will do

• Source qualified candidates for junior, senior, and leadership roles using Boolean, X-ray, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Craft highly personalized, high-conversion cold outreach messages to engage passive talent.
• Perform initial fit validation regarding role alignment, seniority, and motivation before recruiter handoff.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and candidate status within ATS and CRM systems.
• Continuously optimize sourcing speed and quality through experimentation and iteration.
• Provide market insights and talent availability feedback to the recruiting team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting with a heavy sourcing focus.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Proven ability to source quickly and at scale across multiple roles and seniority levels.
• English proficiency: at least B2 for professional candidate communication.
• Experience sourcing candidates globally, specifically in the US and EU markets.
• Hands-on experience working with ATS and CRM systems.
