What you will do
- Source qualified candidates for junior, senior, and leadership roles using Boolean, X-ray, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Craft highly personalized, high-conversion cold outreach messages to engage passive talent.
- Perform initial fit validation regarding role alignment, seniority, and motivation before recruiter handoff.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and candidate status within ATS and CRM systems.
- Continuously optimize sourcing speed and quality through experimentation and iteration.
- Provide market insights and talent availability feedback to the recruiting team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting with a heavy sourcing focus.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Proven ability to source quickly and at scale across multiple roles and seniority levels.
- English proficiency: at least B2 for professional candidate communication.
- Experience sourcing candidates globally, specifically in the US and EU markets.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS and CRM systems.
