What you will do

• Establish and validate current state operational processes and supporting data flows.
• Produce end-to-end process maps and SIPOCs.
• Analyze the data estate to identify data quality, reconciliation, duplication, and ownership issues.
• Define clear business and data requirements aligned to programme objectives.
• Support process simplification and the reduction of manual processing and End User Computing (EUC).
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the Asset Management or Investment Management domain, including knowledge of investment asset data.
• Proven Senior Business Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working with data-centric operational processes within regulated organisations.
• Strong process modelling skills, including end-to-end process and SIPOC maps.
• Solid understanding of data lineage, metadata, and reconciliation challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• CFA certification.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Advanced business process modelling skills using ARIS.
• Experience leveraging AI enabled tools for data lineage analysis and metadata insights.
