What you will do

• Collate, interpret, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for product development
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and third-party teams to resolve issues and drive product improvements
• Contribute to programmes and projects with strategic thinking to evolve the investment operations product set
• Analyse asset and financial datasets to integrate data into product attributes and tooling
• Partner with portfolio managers, investment teams, and risk analysts to deliver data solutions aligned to product strategy
• Coordinate change delivery and uphold Consumer Duty by ensuring products meet target market needs and deliver good outcomes

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IBOR/ABOR, financial asset classes (fixed income, equities, derivatives, structured finance), and reference/party data
• Knowledge of asset valuations, curve inputs (inflation, interest rates), and front-to-back investment processes
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in asset management, ideally in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT)
• Hands-on experience with investment data platforms like Snowflake and large-scale delivery
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences and lead change initiatives
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
