What you will do

• Execute daily operational and strategic tasks in close collaboration with the Sales Director.
• Administer Salesforce, including managing roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and user groups.
• Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to track performance.
• Lead CRM data governance to ensure data quality, integrity, and policy compliance across the department.
• Prepare sales quotations and contracts while handling general administrative duties for the sales team.
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, CRM, and Salesforce.
• Proven experience in office management with strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
