What you will do
- Collaborate with the Enablement Team Manager to execute strategies for prospecting, territory management, and deal closure.
- Design and facilitate onboarding and skill-development workshops using simulations and flipped classrooms.
- Develop enablement assets including playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align regional messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide targeted coaching to Field Sales Account Executives through ride-alongs and structured feedback.
- Maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure performance standards are met.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience delivering enablement programs for Sales Motions, preferably in global SaaS.
- Fluent proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
- Proven ability to create content and tools that drive behavioral change and performance.
- Experience utilizing data to extract actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its unique sales considerations.
- Experience observing customer interactions and delivering in-the-moment coaching.
