What you will do

• Maintain, monitor, and support production infrastructure for systems of medium to high complexity.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including backups, patching, and managing application versions.
• Manage DNS, FTP, IIS, and general application environments.
• Establish and maintain server system and file security and comprehensive infrastructure documentation.
• Execute physical data center tasks such as cabling and racking.
• Participate in the On-Call rotation and communicate critical events to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration within a large production environment.
• 5+ years of experience configuring server hardware and operating systems.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, and Mail.
• Hands-on experience managing VMware environments.
• Experience with hardware replacements and vendor coordination.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

• Experience monitoring and maintaining AWS environments.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of SAN, Okta, or Change Management processes.
• Experience working in PCI or Cyber Essentials compliant environments.
