What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Citrix environments (DaaS, WEM, Citrix Monitor) to ensure high performance and availability.
• Build systems according to specifications to meet availability and performance targets defined in SLAs.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI to streamline operations and API integrations.
• Handle and resolve escalated technical issues related to virtual desktops and Windows-based infrastructure.
• Manage regular patching, security updates, and proactive maintenance to minimize vulnerabilities.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for implementations and system hand-overs to support teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting Citrix systems and technologies.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Azure CLI for automation and API consumption.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and desktop environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and load balancing.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and HashiCorp Packer for automated image builds.
