What you will do
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for partner-managed base ARR, ensuring high retention.
- Define and operationalize partner health scoring frameworks to identify and mitigate churn risk.
- Drive adoption strategies and success plans to ensure partners achieve measurable value.
- Lead QBR cadence and governance processes to maintain partner alignment.
- Collaborate with Channel Account Managers and Partner Enablement Managers on commercial strategy and product adoption.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, or Account Management.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
- Deep understanding of renewal processes, forecasting, and retention strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
