What you will do

• Develop strategies and plans to help new customers achieve their objectives through a consultative approach.
• Manage the onboarding process, including account configuration, best practice training, and initial phishing campaigns.
• Monitor customer health metrics, usage, and adoption to ensure long-term value.
• Conduct periodic business and strategic reviews with executive stakeholders to align on goals and trends.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Renewal Specialists and Account Managers to drive growth.
• Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas while maintaining impeccable CRM administration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Spanish language proficiency for LATAM portfolio
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for building rapport via phone and video.
