What you will do
- Manage end-to-end Reward processes across assigned countries in APAC and the Greater Middle East.
- Conduct annual market benchmarking and reporting to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Execute annual compensation reviews and variable pay computations ensuring high data integrity.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support corporate compensation decisions.
- Ensure Reward activities comply with statutory requirements, company policies, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in compensation and benefits.
- Strong communication skills in English are required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be based within the APAC region.
Nice to have
- Mandarin language skills.
- Experience with HR systems and HR analytics tools.
