Location: Open to any location within the APAC region

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end Reward processes across assigned countries in APAC and the Greater Middle East.
  • Conduct annual market benchmarking and reporting to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Execute annual compensation reviews and variable pay computations ensuring high data integrity.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support corporate compensation decisions.
  • Ensure Reward activities comply with statutory requirements, company policies, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be based within the APAC region.

Nice to have

  • Mandarin language skills.
  • Experience with HR systems and HR analytics tools.
