What you will do

• Conduct salary benchmarking and develop/maintain salary ranges and pay structures
• Support annual salary reviews, promotions, and bonus/incentive plan administration
• Prepare Total Rewards analytics, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders
• Develop and update compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Monitor pay equity and internal fairness metrics
• Support rewards program communications and Oracle Compensation module development

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or Finance
• 3+ years in Total Rewards
• Strong experience with compensation structures, variable pay, and market benchmarking
• Ability to work with complex data and compensation analytics
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and survey tools (e.g., Mercer)
• Advanced English

Nice to have

• Experience with compensation modules in HCM systems (Oracle, Workday)
