What you will do

• Process full end-to-end in-house payroll, including statutory filings, payments, and compliance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned countries, ensuring full data integrity and quality.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Perform accounting reconciliations and focus on achieving KPIs and SLAs.
• Implement process improvements and mentor payroll specialists.
• Provide backup support for regional managers during absences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll management or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, asynchronous international environment.
