Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 USD (for Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF/Seattle)

What you will do

• Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Manage program administration and execute offer modeling for hiring and promotions.
• Act as a data-driven partner to HRBPs and managers to guide compensation decisions.
• Oversee benefits administration and develop comprehensive wellness strategies.
• Utilize data intelligence to build scalable rewards programs for corporate functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compensation and rewards management.
• Strong analytical mindset and mastery of data-driven decision making.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work hybridly from the NYC or SF offices.
