What you will do

• Maintain, configure, and integrate laboratory and conference room equipment, including recovering malfunctioning hardware.
• Administer lab servers, including the allocation and monitoring of resources for team members.
• Manage and troubleshoot office network infrastructure to ensure secure and stable connectivity.
• Service and repair accessories used in hot desks and shared workspaces.
• Handle logistics operations, including receiving and dispatching shipments.
• Collaborate with the building manager to support and resolve network infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi (switches, access points, cabling).
• Introductory experience with DHCP, DNS, and awareness of VLANs.
• Proficiency in performing daily tasks within Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Exposure to remote administration tools such as SSH and RDP.
• Understanding of user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Basic knowledge of storage, virtual machines, and containers.
