IT Support Specialist

TL;DR

IT Support Specialist (IT Infrastructure): Providing technical support for workplace ICT systems and Microsoft 365 applications with an accent on hardware configuration and system troubleshooting. Focus on maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting endpoint protection, and managing vendor relationships.

Location: Based in the company’s Warsaw office (domestic travel across Poland and occasional international trips required)

What you will do

• Provide daily technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and workstations in a heterogeneous environment.
• Participate in the development and active support of IT and infrastructure projects.
• Recommend and specify appropriate hardware and software productivity tools.
• Conduct training programs to educate users on basic and specialized applications.
• Establish and manage the local base of IT equipment and services vendors.

Requirements

• Relevant education in IT or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WLAN, IP addressing) and hardware maintenance.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license and the ability to obtain and maintain a Polish Personnel Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing IT security documentation for processing classified information.
• Existing Personnel Security Clearance (TAJNE, NATO SECRET, SECRET UE/EU SECRET).
• Systems Administrator certificate issued by the Internal Security Agency.
