Active Directory Operations Specialist

Active Directory Operations Specialist (IAM/AD): Maintain and manage hybrid AD environment, including Domain Controllers, GPOs, PKI, DNS, DHCP with an accent on security hardening, auditing, logging, and compliance. What you will do

• Maintain hybrid AD environment: Domain Controllers, OU design, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, AD Connect, FSMO roles, and hygiene tasks
• Configure auditing/logging, monitor for compliance/security/troubleshooting
• Manage forest security, domain trusts, LDAP encryption, PKI infrastructure
• Enforce security hardening, access policies (MFA), federation/SSO, PAM/RBAC
• Monitor replication/synchronization, ensure IAM compliance and business continuity
• Collaborate with IT teams, application owners, vendors; provide training to Service Desk

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT/systems engineering/administration, Level 2/3 support experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Experience managing complex multi-forest directory services and cloud identity (Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP, SAML, OAuth)
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication skills
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CIAM or similar) highly desirable
