EUC Engineer

What you will do

• Manage endpoint lifecycle for PCs, Macs, laptops, tablets, mobiles using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf Pro, Tanium.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, connectivity as escalation from service desk.
• Implement OS deployment, application packaging/delivery, patching, and updates.
• Automate routine tasks and improve efficiency with PowerShell, Python, VBScript.
• Enforce security measures, access controls, compliance standards.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects, support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, VDI.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, user guides; train support staff; manage assets and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, enterprise management tools.
• 8+ years in Endpoint Configuration Management with large-scale global implementations.
• Jamf 300 or +5 years relevant experience.
• ITIL Foundation and Microsoft MD-102 certifications (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, IS (or 10+ years experience).
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences.
