What you will do

• Continuously improve the onboarding experience for new joiners to ensure processes are clear and consistent.
• Review and update internal resources and onboarding documentation within Notion.
• Handle operational tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including system updates and report collation.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized People data and documentation.
• Optimize the use of AI tools and systems across People and Talent functions.

Requirements

• Experience in an operational or administrative role working closely with onboarding, HR, and recruiting teams.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, leveraging AI to improve work efficiency.
• Comfort working across multiple tools and systems, specifically Notion and ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones.
• Flexibility to accommodate some overlap with Beijing working hours.
• Passion for or interest in game development.
