What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Channel Account Managers across the DACH region.
- Implement comprehensive strategies to maximize B2B channel opportunities and revenue growth.
- Manage partner strategy, including business development, program analysis, and fund tracking.
- Communicate risks, opportunities, and business performance to finance, operations, and sales leadership.
- Drive initiatives to improve profits, market share, and partner focus.
- Ensure health and commercial performance of channel partners through joint business plans and reporting.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
- Prior channel management leadership experience in IT or UCC sectors.
- Proven track record in direct people management and developing talent.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to demonstrate technology and business value propositions effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
