What you will do

• Manage and expand the partner program to generate new pipeline and quarterly sales results.
• Coordinate communication between channel partners, corporate teams, and field sales to meet regional targets.
• Develop and deliver sales, technical, and process training to ensure partner readiness.
• Collaborate with field sales to identify customer opportunities and manage them through the pipeline.
• Identify new routes to market to extend the company's regional presence.
• Coordinate partner-specific marketing activities and demand generation events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Identity or Enterprise Security Software.
• Proven track record in a partner-oriented sales environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field.
