TL;DR

Account Executive, Strategic Accounts (DACH): Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close enterprise customers onto hirify.global Platform through inbound and outbound efforts with an accent on building relationships with senior executives and owning the full sales-cycle. Focus on account planning, sourcing expansion opportunities, and consultative selling to map business pains to solutions across industries.

Location: Munich 3 days a week (hybrid)

What you will do

  • Prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close customers through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across industries.
  • Prioritize book of business, develop account plans, identify opportunities, and expand across departments.
  • Source expansion opportunities and tell compelling multi-use case stories to CIOs and executives.
  • Own full sales-cycle from lead to close, coordinating with legal, sales engineering, and leadership.
  • Educate customers on hirify.global value, model use cases, prioritize opportunities, and forecast accurately.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and German.
  • 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience selling into multiple industries.
  • 3+ years selling into Enterprise segment with track record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience closing 6-figure ARR deals, selling to central buying/IT teams, and managing C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong prospecting, account planning, and handling complex deals with named accounts (3K+ FTEs).
  • Consultative approach navigating client complexities across industries, sizes, and lifecycles.
