What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with fintechs, exchanges, brokerages, banks, and ecosystem partners.
• Manage the full client relationship lifecycle from opportunity scoping to deal structuring and ongoing growth.
• Drive GTM execution in new geographies and verticals through engagement with local fintech communities and regulators.
• Represent the company as a public-facing spokesperson at high-profile industry conferences and regulatory roundtables.
• Analyze CRM data and business performance metrics to inform sales strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or account management within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior executives and regulators.
• Deep familiarity with financial markets, digital assets, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Series 7 preferred.
