What you will do

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the region to drive growth and market penetration.
• Acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and KOLs to increase client acquisition.
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Promote multi-asset trading products, the internal trading terminal, and the MT5 platform.
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Build and manage a local team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, specifically focused on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with IBs or KOLs.
• In-depth understanding of local financial markets and regulatory environments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and the local language is crucial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA).
• Familiarity with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and internal trading terminals.
