TL;DR
VP of Account Management (FinTech): Owning and scaling post-sales revenue engine across partners and customers with an accent on expansion revenue, retention, and executive-level relationships. Focus on building teams, systems, and playbooks to drive product adoption, portfolio growth, and long-term partner value in high-growth SaaS environments.
Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in New York Headquarters (roles also in San Francisco and Salt Lake City); relocation assistance available for candidates outside NY/NJ area.
Salary: OTE $290,000–$360,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute account management strategy driving net revenue retention, portfolio growth, and long-term partner value.
- Own post-sales outcomes including retention, adoption, expansion upsells, and seamless handoffs from Sales.
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships, act as escalation point, and represent partner voice internally for product and GTM decisions.
- Define KPIs, implement scalable processes, playbooks, and systems (CRM, forecasting) using data for growth opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps on launches, integrations, and revenue opportunities.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing Account Management team with performance systems and career development.
Requirements
- 15+ years in Account Management, Partner Success, BD, or GTM; 7+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record driving expansion revenue and retention in FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or B2B2C.
- Deep expertise in executive relationships, operational discipline, scalable post-sales motions, and KPIs.
- Ability to lead and scale teams in fast-paced environments with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
- Experience managing revenue targets, OKRs, and cross-functional initiatives.
