TL;DR

Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships (FinTech): Build, manage, and scale large revenue-driving enterprise partnerships with an accent on strategy, execution, and long-term relationship management. Focus on launching new partnerships, creating joint business plans, driving performance metrics, and leading cross-functional teams to maximize P&L impact.

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in NYC or SF offices. Candidates relocating to our hubs may be eligible for relocation assistance. Roles posted in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City are hybrid positions with on-site expectations.

Salary: $288,000 - $360,000 USD OTE (Tier 1 markets: NYC/SF); geographic pay differential for other U.S. locations.

What you will do

  • Launch new strategic partnerships aligned with growth objectives, defining strategies, operating models, joint business plans, legal agreements, and financial modeling.
  • Manage and expand relationships with largest strategic partners, driving key initiatives, resolving issues, and delivering measurable wins through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics; design GTM efforts and oversee day-to-day operations, business reviews.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals; develop scalable processes and frameworks.
  • Align partnership efforts with organizational objectives, acting as a strategist and thought leader.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or top-tier strategy consulting.
  • Proven success sourcing, structuring, closing complex high-impact partnerships or enterprise deals; end-to-end results through launch and post-launch.
  • Exceptional leadership building/scaling teams; superior communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
  • Highly analytical with B2B/B2C FinTech business models understanding; thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
