What you will do

• Contribute to client projects in Japan as a consultant or internal expert.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to propose effective solutions.

• Support the implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of systems or processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 1–10+ years of experience in IT or business roles (ranging from junior to senior).
• Business level English and Japanese language proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
