TL;DR
Senior People Partner (HRBP): Partnering with leaders in Customer Care and Support functions to embed people strategies with an accent on scaling operations and driving a high-performance culture. Focus on organizational design, workforce planning, and leading through fast-paced change in a hyper-growth environment.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office). Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona or Birmingham. Relocation assistance is available from anywhere in the world.

What you will do
- Partner with Customer Care and Support senior leaders to define and embed people strategies and business decisions.
- Manage and develop a global team of People Partners across multiple functions and geographies.
- Co-create and implement better ways of working to enhance leadership confidence, clarity, and accountability.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development strategies to maintain agility.
- Shape the employee experience by listening to feedback and championing company values.
- Utilize people insights and data to diagnose challenges, test hypotheses, and measure impact.
Requirements
- Tenured experience in a People Partner role within fast-growing companies.
- Experience working with customer service or call center departments is a must.
- Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior leaders.
- Strong expertise in team design, change management, and leadership development.
- Comfort operating across different regions and time zones (ideally UKI, Spain, and US).
- English: Fluent (Official office language).
