TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise (SaaS): Driving new client acquisition in zero-base accounts and managing revenue growth for existing enterprise customers with an accent on B2B software sales and value selling. Focus on executing complex sales strategies, conducting two-sided discovery, and navigating C-level executive relationships.

Location: Boston, MA. Hybrid: encouraging three days a week in office

What you will do

  • Generate, qualify, and execute opportunities to solve complex problems for customers within a targeted geographic territory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts.
  • Conduct two-sided discovery to understand customer needs and establish hirify.global as a trusted advisor.
  • Differentiate hirify.global solutions in the marketplace by analyzing competitor strategies.
  • Consistently build and maintain a pipeline through targeted outreach and prospecting.
  • Identify and leverage internal champions and leaders to drive the execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Approximately 7 years of experience selling B2B Enterprise-level software or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of landing net new logos using Value Selling and growing existing key accounts.
  • Experience conducting professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-Level Executives.
