Salary: Base $160,000–$183,000; OTE $320,000–$365,000

What you will do

  • Manage all sales activities from initial contact through to successful closure.
  • Cultivate relationships with key prospects and decision-makers in the digital P&C claims market.
  • Develop detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client expectations.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers, product, and technology teams to tailor offerings and ensure implementation.
  • Track and grow the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage long and complex deal cycles involving C-level stakeholders (CTO, Chief Claims Officer, etc.).

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Deep domain expertise in the P&C insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Willingness to travel for client-facing meetings.
