What you will do

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email and Zoom regarding platform features and pricing.
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, license additions, and Enterprise Plan upgrades.
• Manage inbound billing requests, including processing renewals and updating payment terms.
• Execute targeted outbound account renewals to maintain customer retention.
• Qualify and route inbound sales prospects to aligned Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to run proactive campaigns maximizing expansion and retention.

Requirements

• Strong desire to build a professional career in Sales.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new products and internal processes quickly.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams such as Sales, Support, and Marketing.

• Interest in product development and web-based collaborative tools.
• Must be located in or able to work from the San Francisco or New York City hubs.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS experience.
• Customer-facing experience in Sales or Support.
• Multilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
