What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, including data gathering and technical configuration.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers deploying or expanding hirify.global solutions.
  • Guide government officials through the implementation process to empower them as software administrators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify and automate existing customer workflows.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the R&D team.
  • Develop and leverage best practices for data environments and specific customer verticals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the public sector (Procurement, Budgeting, Asset Management, Finance/Accounting, or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or equivalent client-facing work.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial or relevant governmental data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookup, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Proficiency in training customers on software solutions to address business processes.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago, IL
