What you will do

• Analyze client clinical workflows, staffing models, and operational constraints in ambulatory care environments.
• Evaluate workforce data, including provider schedules and patient volumes, to identify inefficiencies and inform staffing models.
• Translate operational requirements into precise system configurations within the hirify.global platform.
• Facilitate structured advisory conversations with clinical leaders to guide staffing strategies and operational performance.
• Validate that system configurations produce operational outcomes aligned with real-world workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to refine product capabilities based on client operational insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations consulting.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, ideally within ambulatory care environments.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Ability to analyze operational datasets such as scheduling, productivity, and capacity.
• Must be based in the US and legally authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Background in workforce management or scheduling systems.
• Experience evaluating provider productivity, clinic capacity, or staffing utilization.
