What you will do

• Lead end-to-end BOM procurement strategy and execution across assigned categories.
• Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and TCO analysis.
• Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure performance, quality, and reliability.
• Oversee contract negotiations, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor supplier risk, market trends, and supply continuity strategies.
• Develop and mentor procurement team members to build capability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Experience with procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong background in cost analysis, cost modeling, and procurement analytics.
• High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
