What you will do

  • Accelerate sales trajectory and new business by activating sales engagement with key strategic partners.
  • Execute a strategic partner sales and marketing strategy to meet or exceed growth targets.
  • Drive business plan execution for Indonesia, collaborating with regional partner teams and in-country sales leadership.
  • Identify pipeline gaps and opportunities to scale by partnering with direct sales and functional teams.
  • Consult with partners to optimize selling team execution and expand the enterprise automation agenda.
  • Manage partner experience and serve as the internal voice of partners to drive overall NSAT.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner or Sales Management at the enterprise level within the software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partners specifically in the local Indonesian market.
  • Hands-on experience in building partner practices, developing solutions, and executing marketing plans.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Must be eligible to work in Indonesia.
