Salary: $116,760 – $266,040

What you will do
- Own and communicate the product vision for Workday and other HR tools to prioritize and implement strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and tech partners to architect technology solutions and integrations based on industry best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to testing and delivery.
- Maintain platform health, manage the product backlog, and troubleshoot escalated product issues.
- Build strong relationships with HR Centers of Excellence leadership to align business priorities.
- Serve as the final sign-off authority for projects and an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Consultant, or Business Analyst in the HRIS space.
- 3+ years of experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and/or HR Systems, including E2E integration points.
- 3+ years of consulting experience focused on systems implementation.
- Proven experience in Product Roadmap development and facilitating complex discussions with key collaborators.
- Experience in project management focusing on design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Must be based in the United States
