What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap for platform UI, balancing UX improvements, cross-product consistency, and feature delivery
• Define coherent information architecture, navigation, and interaction patterns across the platform
• Partner with platform and backend teams to align on data models, APIs, and primitives powering the UI
• Translate customer research, usage data, and domain expertise into prioritized product requirements
• Identify and resolve UX inconsistencies and fragmentation, driving unified experiences
• Collaborate with design for high-quality, scalable user experiences and engage customers to validate direction
• Define success metrics, measure impact, and support cross-product UX decisions

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in infrastructure, networking, or observability
• Experience owning UI, UX, or platform initiatives across multi-product systems
• Strong UX and product design sensibility with ability to partner with design teams
• Experience in complex environments with multiple teams, products, and legacy systems
• Ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and product without direct authority
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making in ambiguity
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and infrastructure concepts
