HRIS Oracle HCM Recruiting Associate Director (Oracle HCM): Serving as the strategic, functional, and delivery leader for the Oracle Recruiting Cloud platform with an accent on global implementation, roadmap ownership, and enterprise-scale initiatives. Focus on designing scalable recruiting solutions, governing global deployments, and optimizing the candidate and recruiter experience.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in the United States and require in-person attendance at least three days per week at a GT office or client site.
Salary: $152,000 – $228,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the global Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) roadmap and define strategic direction for platform scalability and user experience.
- Lead large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives including global rollouts, regional expansions, and operating model transformations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Technology leadership to translate recruiting strategy into sustainable Oracle configurations.
- Oversee complex ORC configurations, including requisition structures, candidate application flows, and security roles.
- Manage and mentor a team of HRIS Recruiting resources, providing design guidance and quality assurance.
- Drive the adoption of Recruiting Analytics, OTBI, and dashboards to support performance and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive global experience with demonstrated depth in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, multi-workstream HR technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes, including global compliance and data privacy.
- Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-country recruiting environments.
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across HR and Technology.
- Must be based in the United States with ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office).
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Oracle Recruiting with Core HR, Onboarding, OIC, HDL/HSDL, or reporting solutions.
- Prior experience as a people-lead, product owner, or HRIS capability lead.
- Experience supporting broader Oracle HCM implementations or global transformations.
