Senior Finance Business Partner – Central

Location: New York, New York, United States. The role is based in New York and follows an office-first culture with hybrid working models that vary by role and location.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 USD annualized

What you will do

• Partner with central functions including Marketing, Finance, IT, Facilities, People, and Legal.
• Act as a finance thought partner to C-Suite stakeholders and the Corporate FP&A team.
• Lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, challenging assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Review monthly accruals and postings, and deliver stakeholder reporting covering financials, KPIs, and commentary.
• Support consolidation of financial results, KPI analysis, and variance reporting for Board reporting.
• Build business cases and scenario models, track post-investment results, and provide analysis for key decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to constructively challenge decisions.
• Strong organization, ability to manage multiple priorities, curiosity, and a hands-on team-oriented approach.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
